1. Phone storage:  The internal storage will be less than specification, since part of it will be occupied by builtin system and apps. For example, ROM is 32GB, but only 30-31GB can be used, it is normal.

2. Phone Condition: This is (Used phone): It may have slight signs of use on the exterior. It may also look like new (the phone has a 95%-99% new appearance).

3. About battery healthy:
(Used phones) Original battery capacity will be lower than the official new phone standard. Battery efficiency is more than 90%. Even if it is not 100%, the battery has a long durability.  We do not accept any test from the third party applications, such  as phone info, IMEI info, Hardware Test, AccuBattery etc. And we don’t accept any dispute  with the reason such as the battery capacity is not as described.

4. Phone accessories :

if you choose the simple set, standard , or add 20W PD charger, they all high quality charger and USB cable. very good condition.

5. About Waterproof:
Used phones DO NOT support waterproof. Any dispute due to the  waterproof function testing will be considered as man-made problem, and we do not accept  any dispute or any refund due to this kind of situation.

6. Don’t accept No reason in free return!
 This is Expensive Mobile Phone, and Used Phone, please read the details before order, we don’t accept No reason in free return. 

7. 1 Year Warranty:
   If you have any problems with your phone, please let us know first. The buyer disassembles or repairs the phone without our permission, it will be considered a man-made problem and we do not accept any disputes or refunds arising from this situation.

8. About Warranty screws laber:  All our phones have warranty labels, please keep the warranty labels as they are to get  warranty, otherwise we will not accept any disputes or compensation for quality problems.
